The Fair Mrkt Valued Assets (FMVA)™ Tax ID 99-3359271 program was established as another gap-filling resource in our arsenal of gap-fillers to mitigate unnecessary problems for ignored Stakeholder we serve. FMVA™ works to deliver office space solutions to Exempt Startups/Entrepreneurs and housing solutions to peer Seniors for which our Founder is one. FMVA™ is one of many Sibling Programs in a series of endeavors aimed at solving what should not be a problem to begin with which our Stakeholders seem to face as a given.
As an IRS approved public charitable foundation, we are automatically positioned to accept donated property/land, pursue surplus properties we can then transfer to 501c’s who register to receive those assets. We are equally positioned to run Govt programs but they tend to be exclusionary not inclusive creating the gaps we see that for many are chasms not easily fixable.
Securing building, office, & other types business operating spaces in an increasingly difficult obstacle for 501c startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses entities who need space to operate from.
Equally critical is the housing shortage for seniors, particularly retirees on fixed income who options are multi-year wait list for Govt low income/income restrictive programs, some that still have too-high income benchmarks that cannot be met unless they return to work.
Both are issues that repeat themselves up close and personal whether for family, colleagues, friends, even awardees & clients. Over 40+ years of observing offer her home despite not having the space, its what you do, believing solutions can be done better. For us its called, FMVA™.
So the decision to address began from a different perspective, and the resulting design in this series of programs kicks off with this first round of acquiring and the 2nd round of building properties that are owned by Stakeholders where healthy, safety, habitable, cost-friendly, and collaborative is a given regardless of its setting.

Donated Real Estate (DRE) is the site that published what we secure and where donors with real estate assets reach out to partner with us so we can secure their property.
A 6th Category of Fiscal Sponsorship was created specifically to assist those who have not yet received their IRS determination as well as for profits or individuals with charitable programs that required dedicated space to operate effectively move forward with pursuing property donations. For all others who are already 501cs they just need to commence their registration which is a two phases, ours and the prevailing jurisdiction where a desired property is located.
While our FMVA Registration Process is being finalized, early Cat-6 Property Donation Fiscal Sponsorship Applications are being accepted & FMVA Pre-Registrations are welcome. Both forms will be published to our Public Resource Library. Cat-6 Property Donation Fiscal Sponsorships are available for the MD, VD, DC, & DE region.
