In support of its Fiscal Sponsorship Foundations economic develop & career training focus, the 501c BizInc Council™ has been elevating many of those services and programs into specific org-level venues, continually increasing the size of its national network of charities to serve exempts startups & entrepreneurs. Its needed because they are excluded from most grants & technical assistance program offered by Fed & State agencies, Corporate businesses even other well-funded exempt entities, something its Founder experienced first as a volunteer then continuing as a consultant. This will result in a totally self-sustaining environment such that those exclusions render themselves unnoticeable.
Economic Empowerment Foundation for Exempt Startups & Small Businesses (EEF-501c) is national Public Foundation & lead charity of Incubator LLC parent.
Launched as a national fiscal sponsor & career job trainer for tax-exempt market, EEF-501c has evolved into a Collaborative of Economic & Financial Development & Workforce Training Charities it previously spent 30+ years doing the same as volunteerism.
EEF-501c™ network of sibling charities include a national chamber, founders assn, impact solutions working group, mentors council, federal credit union, fellowship academy, startup-to-small biz market exchange, dedicated media/comm venues, and much, much more. Launches of those entities are forthcoming.
Fair Mrkt Valued Assets (FMVA)™ Tax ID 99-3359271 is the 501c Biz Incubator & its 501c empowerment Foundations real property donations program for getting building, office, & other types business operating spaces in the hands of the 501c startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses entities who need them. Donated Real Estate (DRE) is the site that published what we secure and where donors with real estate assets reach out to partner with us so we can secure their property.
A 6th Category of Fiscal Sponsorship was created specifically to assist those who have not yet received their IRS determination as well as for profits or individuals with charitable programs that required dedicated space to operate effectively move forward with pursuing property donations. For all others who are already 501cs they just need to commence their registration which is a two phases, ours and the prevailing jurisdiction where a desired property is located.
While our FMVA Registration Process is being finalized, early Cat-6 Property Donation Fiscal Sponsorship Applications are being accepted & FMVA Pre-Registrations are welcome.
